Update Your Voxel DevKit Software to v1.5

This short guide walks you through remotely updating a Voxel Developer Kit to Flowbit Client v1.5.0. The update script automatically detects the current version, migrates your configuration, and starts the new service in the background.

Prerequisites

The device is reachable on your local network (LAN).
You know the device’s LAN IP address.

Step 1: Connect to the Device

Open a terminal and SSH into the device using the `determtech` user:

ssh determtech@<LAN_IP>

ssh determtech@<LAN_IP>

ssh determtech@<LAN_IP>

Step 2: Run the Update Script

Once logged in, you can run this command to update your Voxel DevKit.

curl -fsSL https://file.determtech.com/software/flowbit_client/scripts/update_1.5.sh | bash

When the update finishes, you will see:

The device is now running Flowbit Client v1.5.0 automatically in the background. You can close the SSH session; the service will keep running.
